hela Sverige For our client we are looking for a SAP Hybris - junior Business Analyst (1-2 years of work experience).
Job description:
• Work in an agile environment using the Kanban method
• Apply specific functional knowledge of eCommerce applications to help guide the de-sign and implementation of the solution
• Work with strategic and/or tactical objectives, supporting, developing and leading others with regards to our current E-commerce (Hybris) Platform
• Analyze complex issues that significantly may enhance, change or adapt existing methods and techniques
• Manage and conduct requirements gathering
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead testing efforts in conjunction with the Project or QA Manager, including the de-sign and execution of test scripts and scenarios
• Prepare training materials appropriate for target audiences and developed solution and conduct training sessions
• Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning and develop-ing proof-of-concepts
• Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
