For our customer we are looking for a junior SAP HR consultant.

Job description:
Work in HR Support EMEA to provide the 1st level HR support and guidance within global and local HR processes and tools to all employees and managers and also maintain the HR master data to ensure the data integrity.

Responsibilities
1. Handle and solve a range of incoming HR inquiries related to HR systems and tools in order to give the organization prompt and efficient support in HR issues.
2. Deliver support to the organization by solving various HR issues within given guidelines.
3. Maintain HR master data and ensure the data integrity.
4. Escalate tickets to Specialist in 2nd level for further investigation.
5. Contribute to process improvements within the own area in order to increase efficiency.
6. May participate in HR projects aiming for improved functional efficiency and cost savings in own area.

1. Employees and managers on all levels in the company.
2. Specialist teams
3. Global HR Business Partner, Regional HR Business Partner

Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor degree preferably within Human Resources or Computer Science.
2. Previous experience within Human Resources is preferred.
3. Service minded & solution oriented.
4. Good learning agility
5. Good knowledge of HR SAP modules and related tools.
6. Highly developed skills in English
