Our Recruitment & Sourcing team is going through a transformation where we are moving from old to new technology within our solutions. As part of this we are now exploring a new Vendor Management Solution withing our sourcing area. To help us in this we are looking for an experienced SAP Field Glass specialist with the right mindset and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the technical assessment process within the team
• Connect with different Ingka teams to Identify the process flows and map them to technical modules within SAP Field Glass
• Look at the different integrations needed with native Ingka applications needed and analyze the feasibility with SAP Field Glass
• Preparing Documentation related to this tech assessment
• Assess the different technical implementation models within Field Glass

Desired Requirements:

• 7+ Years of Hands-on experience working with SAP Fieldglass
• Awareness and good grasp of Vendor Management Process and its different components
• Knowledge about other SAP Solutions like SAP Ariba, Success Factor
• Good knowledge about SAP native integrations with Fieldglass and integrations with other non-SAP Systems
• Experience in technical assessment of tools is a good to have
• Experience with Cloud based solutions (GCP)

• Individual contributor
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to co-ordinate with different teams and get the necessary information
