Your role
You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
Experience in SAP FICO.
Good understanding FICO functionalities
Experience in Product costing, Asset accounting, Material ledger,
Good knowledge in Cost center and profit center accounting
Proposes the selected IS solution and implementation back to the business for final approval (Show & tell sessions)
Subject Matter Experts of the Financing, Taxes and Compliance.
Strong knowledge in Finland and EU localization needs including various statutory and compliance requirements
Experience with process industry domain. Preference to Industrial Manufacturing domain
Experience and strong knowledge in SAP including S/4HANA SAP. Experience in SAP Central Finance is added advantage
Provides application module expertise
Work with various Business SMEs / representatives during all phases of the program for requirement gathering, Solution Validation, Solution delivery
Lead Workshop discussions during Template fit, Template design, rollout fit-gap Business requirements gathering
Lead process specific interactions during all phases of the program
Ensure alignment of deliverables with the project plan
Responsible for High Level Design for the process area
Planning for Unit testing, Integration Testing
Responsible for preparing training material and Training the Key Users
Experience or knowledge about Industrial Manufacturing industry, handling projects in Agile methodology and experience in S/4 HANA is must.
Performs final validation of solution (SIT) before submission to requester to run the User Acceptance Test
