We are now looking for a
SAP EDI and Scheduling Agreements - Application Expert
As an Application Expert you will be part of an international team, within the SEP Programme scope, that is focused on all SAP modules related to the sales areas (ECC SD, SAP CRM C4C, etc.). The team is working together with all SKF units, globally, where SAP has been implemented or will be implemented.
SKF is using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setup with our communication to a high amount of our customer base today and it will only grow going forward with the implementation of SAP to more countries. Nearly all communication with our major automotive customer and major OEM customer is done via EDI; meaning the orders, invoices, (Advance ship notes) ASN for deliveries etc. is communicated between SKF and our customers electronically. This is also closely connected to Scheduling agreements.
As the Application Expert you will provide SAP expertise to enable implementation to new countries, system configuration, evaluating business needs and providing functional solutions / improvements.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Independently manage tasks within area of expertise, and be responsible for needed delivery of system configuration and related documentation
Provide SAP expertise and conduct fit/gap analyses to enable implementation of the SKF template
Receive business- or IT-requirement, discuss and evaluate the requirement, document detailed design and confirm this with all stakeholders and solution architects
Provide functional solutions and specifications for development
Transfer knowledge to business end-users and business experts, including training when necessary
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent
5+ years' experience in Scheduling agreements and EDI (SAP)
Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration across all relevant SAP modules
Hands on SAP S4 experience
Fluent in English; other world languages is an advantage
Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
Good knowledge of SKF's business and existing IT environment is an advantage
