We are looking for a SAP Delivery Manager to join our SAP team who have an interest to work with business change development and world-class IT deliveries. In that role you are a member of the Scania SAP IT team focusing on the E2E processes source to pay and plan to manufacture (warehousing, production planning) as part of the Digital Core department where we are responsible to deliver, implement and support activities and projects linked to the SAP system landscape for industrial operations. You will be involved in projects and the improvement & support flow for the already implemented solutions in the SAP applications within the different functional areas. In these projects you will be at the forefront. On top of that, you will be involved in the work linked to the further setup of the SAP delivery team and the required structure around it.
In this role, some of your primary tasks will be:
Ensure that the SAP deliverables are executed in time and with quality
Coordinate the team activities and support in delivery decisions
Coordinate between the teams to secure deliveries and provide support
Continuously improve the way of working both internally and cross-functionally

This is a leadership role where you will coordinate between different stakeholders, build relationships with the different operational units, coach and support the team members to ensure the activities are delivered within time and with quality. It is also a social job so you should like to extend your personal network and appreciate having dialogue to best coordinate our deliveries together with other IT groups, business stakeholders and project organizations.
To be the best for us you should also:
Leadership experience in a similar role as delivery manager or scrum master and a very good understanding of the required IT deliverables in SAP system implementations
Worked in a company where SAP is used (or alternatively with an other ERP system and strong interest to learn the needed aspects in SAP which are required for the role)
Have good knowledge about Scrum and SAFe methods,
Experience int project management models such as PPS and agile methods
Previous experience in logistics and/or purchasing area is beneficial
Good self-confidence and self-motivation and are curious to learn new things.
Easily adaptable to varying business needs, yet at the same time challenge the business if the requirement is not backed with a valid user story/business case.
Be fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
Being able to travel when possible (support projects on different sites)
