hela Sverige At Husqvarna Group, we're shaping the future. As part of our strategic journey, we're driving a bold transformation to simplify and standardize the way we work-across functions, regions, and systems.
Through our Amplify Program, we're unifying core processes and IT systems into one modern ERP platform: SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This global initiative will unlock new levels of efficiency, agility, and innovation, positioning us to better serve our customers and support sustainable growth worldwide.
As part of this strategic shift, we are now looking for an experienced SAP Data Lead to spearhead our data strategy and execution across the entire SAP landscape. You will play a critical role in ensuring that high-quality, trusted data powers our logistics, finance, supply chain, and beyond.
About the Role
As SAP Data Lead, you will define and implement the end-to-end data management strategy-covering governance, architecture, quality, and migration-for one of Husqvarna Group's most pivotal digital programs.
You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and executing effective data migration and cleansing plans, ensuring readiness for system testing, training, and go-live. From material master data to customer, vendor, and transactional records, your focus will be on delivering clean, consistent, and compliant data that meets both operational needs and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with SAP functional leads, business stakeholders, and integration partners to shape data architecture, manage risk, and drive alignment on data ownership and standards across the organization.
Your Mission
Develop and lead the SAP data strategy, including governance frameworks and lifecycle processes
Oversee end-to-end data migration planning and execution, including ETL, validation, and cutover
Partner with business and functional teams to define ownership, standards, and quality rules
Manage master and transactional data across multiple SAP modules in SAP S/4 HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP)
Ensure all data is compliant with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)
Lead and support a team of analysts, migration specialists, and external consultants
Proactively manage data-related risks, issues, and milestones across the program lifecycle
About You
With over 8 years of experience in SAP data management and a track record of success in multiple full-cycle implementations, you bring a rare blend of technical insight, project leadership, and business understanding. Whether handling material master data or refining data governance frameworks, you thrive in complexity and keep the bigger picture in mind.
You bring:
Deep expertise in SAP master data and S/4HANA data models
Hands-on experience with migration tools (e.g., SAP BODS, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or others)
Familiarity with governance platforms such as SAP MDG and Syniti
Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills in global and cross-functional contexts
Experience in data cutover planning, mock loads, and reconciliation
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to operate in agile or hybrid setups
This is a defining opportunity to lead one of the most critical enablers of digital transformation: clean and connected data. Join us in building a future-ready data foundation for innovation, scale, and sustainable growth.
Location
This role can be located at any of our sites in Sweden (Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered).
The role includes traveling worldwide from time to time (when the business needs).
