We are looking for an SAP Cyber Security Specialist to product team SAP Security within Business Tech!

The product area Core SAP enable the H&M ecosystem by providing stable, agile, scalable and secure platforms. The enablement product team SAP Security support the business tech product teams with seamless SAP Security and clear guardrails through its different streams. What you will do as SAP Cyber Security Specialist
As a SAP Cyber Security Specialist you will play an important role in shaping a new security mindset in an organization that is very retail oriented. You will monitor and secure compliance to IT-security policies, define laws and regulations for the SAP Platform. Together with IT Security Specialists you will support SAP Product Teams enabling an available, secure and trustworthy digital ecosystem.
This role gives you the opportunity to work with all aspects of security. You will define and communicate the SAP IT Security strategy and roadmap, implementing new guidelines and use your practical experience to help teams embed SAP and security into business processes, IT solutions and systems.
Furthermore, we believe you have experience and best practice knowledge in the area of SAP security as well as the ability to translate security-related information to a technical and non-technical audience.
Functional and technical Knowledge:
Good knowledge and experience with Compliancy frameworks such as ISO 27xxx, NIST, GDPR
Security Certifications CISSP
Experience from SAP Security
Experience must be in the field of either IT Security or Information Security with a risk-based mindset more than compliance driven
Experience in being a Risk Assessor, Auditor or Awareness Trainer
Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution and inspiring the team to improve
Working according to agile practice
Experience from Retail industry
Experience from large, global organizations
