JOB DESCRIPTION

WORK TASK
• Be the New Staff Discount projects application expert on SAP CRM.
• Responsible for solution design, workshop planning and conduction, configurations, system solution documents, conduct test, training etc.
• Also responsible for functional specifications for Reports, Integrations, Extensions, Data conversions
• Interacts with the Flow development team
• Deep knowledge on SAP CRM 7 is required.
• Knowledge on the SAP CRM Business partner management is valuable.
• SAP CRM technical knowledge is valuable.
SPECIFIC COMPETENCE
• SAP CRM 7
• SAP CRM Business partner management
• Experience of Retail industry
• Experience of highly integrated solutions
• Preferably SAP CRM Loyalty experience but no must
TOOLS COMPETENCE
• JIRA
• HP ALM
• SAP Solution Manager
LOCATION:

DURATION:
Jan 2015 ? May 2015 (option to extend)
