Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Lund in Sweden, Denton in USA, Singapore and Chakan in India.
Your job will be within the SAP CRM team at Global IM in Lund, Sweden. You will work in projects and services related to Tetra Pak's CRM environment, which is built on SAP with Tetra Pak customizations.
Main responsibilities
• To drive design in IT projects in the SAP CRM area.
• To do development in IT projects in the SAP CRM area.
• To take part in discussions regarding requirements from stakeholders, and to suggest technical alternatives to fulfil these requests.
• To work in the service team.
Qualifications
As a person, you are skilled to manage stakeholders, understand business needs and match them with technical solutions. You are self-driven and good at planning and communication. Although strong as an independent deliverer you are also seen as a strong team player.
For this position, we both consider a person with experience from this area or a newly graduated person willing to learn to be able to step into this role.
You have a University degree within IT or equivalent. Your stakeholders will be distributed all over the world so you need to be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
