hela Sverige Do you have a passion for BI? As part of the DCC Reporting Team you will work with advanced development related to SAP BW. You will drive new innovations and be the first one to try out new features.
As a senior SAP BW & HANA Developer at H&M you will work at our global IT Department with many new solutions and projects, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference.
You will have the overall responsibility for analyzing all new features released by SAP within the area Business Intelligence. Together with business representatives, you decide on which of these features that should be utilized and when they should be available for business usage. To be successful in this role you have a "can-do-attitude", and you are not afraid of taking on new challenges. Your goal is to make our business even more successful.
You will be part of our Enterprise Applications Division that coordinates and manages a Supply Chain program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow (focusing on Sales, Logistics and Finance), including among other both the SAP CRM, SAP CAR and SAP ECC platforms. The program is in the middle of a global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems.
In addition to the Supply Chain program, Enterprise Applications has the responsibility to support, steer and deliver Master Data and Transactional data (sales data, inventory data) to all functions within H&M. We also support new initiatives on the shared platforms and work with securing long-term solutions.

Your responsibilities
The job of a SAP BW & HANA Developer comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Interact with functional area- and business representatives to understand their challenges within the area of analytics
• Analyze new features delivered by SAP for business warehouse and other analytical applications
• Drive different PoCs to understand if utilization of a certain feature can add value to our business
• Together with architects, plan implementation of new features and evaluate its outcome
• Ensure your competence is up to date

And your skills include:
• Minimum 10 years of experience from SAP BW development, including development on SAP HANA
• Experience from SAP Retail or other high-volume industries
• Great ability to translate business need into IT requirements
• Experienced from working in multinational environments with multi-site development
It is qualifying if you:
• Have worked in global projects and roll-outs
• Experience with latest SAP technologies, such as SLT, CAR
• Experience from different BI Suites, such as Bex, BOBJ, Lumira, Tableau etc.
