September 2023 marks the start of Sandvik's sixth round of the Global Graduate Program, giving ambitious and forwards-thinking recent graduates an opportunity to embark on the journey of a lifetime. In this 15-month-long global rotation-based program, the participants share their high aspirations and true interest for different cultures and our industry.
So, what is this program all about?
It's a truly global rotation-based program where you carry out three rotations (projects) in different parts of the world within our global and decentralized organization. This is an opportunity for you to work on business-critical projects, see different parts of Sandvik and gain knowledge that takes years for many employees to obtain.
During your day-to-day work, each one of you work in different project teams across the globe. As you're all in this program together, you'll continuously support and share insights with each other. This happens during what we call "Learning Modules" where the twelve of you meet up for two weeks and, together with facilitators and keynote speakers, develop skills related to various topics at each time. Along with this, you'll get coaching and mentoring opportunities and work on smaller internal projects in groups.
You're employed in your home country during the entire program and after the program you're guaranteed a job within Sandvik.

We're looking for someone who has recently graduated or will graduate with a master's degree before September 2023. Engineering is part of our DNA and therefore we're naturally looking for engineers to join this program, but we're also looking for people that have a master's degree in or related to Software Engineering, Software Development, M&A, Business/Finance, Sustainability, Sales/Marketing - and a passion for the digital arena.
Sandvik is present all across the globe, and therefore we're interested in talents all across the globe. For this program however, it's beneficial if you're from one of the following countries: China, India, Sweden, Finland, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia, South Africa or Germany.
Naturally, you're exceptionally skilled in English, both verbally and in writing.
