Sandvik Cash Management forms part of Sandvik Financial Services. Cash Management is a function dealing mainly with developing and implementing the set strategy within its area for the Sandvik Group. The function is based at the head office in Sandviken. We are now looking for a Senior Finance professional with a strong drive to join our team within Cash Flow Management for the Sandvik Group. The position can be divided between Sandviken and Stockholm depending on your preference.
Key performance areas
As Senior Cash Manager your main focus will be to implement strategies and processes for the Cash Flow area. You will also have responsibility for:
• Financial Cash Management: structuring global, regional and local cash pools
• Payment logistics: supporting the business organization with payment solutions and integration of ERP systems and banking platforms
• Bank relations: maintaining relationships with banks in accordance with overall strategy
• Bank negotiations: handling of banking contracts
• Implementations: working as a project leader for various projects within the Cash Management area
 Your profile
The ideal candidate has a degree within a relevant field and excellent knowledge within the Cash Management area and a minimum of five years' experience from banking or Treasury. Experience in forecasting, project and process management and negotiation are a prerequisite, as is change and people management. To be successful in this role, you need to make a personal impact and have a strong drive to develop the interaction between Treasury and local business, in order to suggest and implement the best practices for the group.
As a person you are a relationship and team builder who thinks both globally and strategically, resulting in a proactive way of planning and organizing. We would expect you to have a holistic and analytical approach to problem solving. Since you will be working in a global role that involves some travelling, good spoken and written English is essential.
