WorkShop is now looking for a person working as a Samsung Nordic Master Trainer. We are looking for a highly driven person who loves educating and motivating people. You work within the section "Audio & Video" and your work will cover all of the Nordic countries, based in Stockholm.
As a Nordic Master Trainer your main tasks are, together with Samsung Product Managers, to create Nordic training material and educations for face-to-face and online executions. You will follow up on the Nordic education progress and report to appropriate stake holder(s). You will also be responsible for educating certain Samsung employees such as Key Account Managers and Field Force. You will motivate and run a good training structure with consistency throughout the year.
As a person you are inspiring and motivating, with excellent social skills. You are extremely passionate about Samsung and have the drive to raise awareness about their products and increase sales in stores through education. You are creative in finding new ways of educating and do always strive for improvements.
We believe that the applicant for this position meets the following criteria:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience from working with Audio & Video products
Fluent in Swedish and English
A good understanding of the digital platform as a communication and sales channel
Structured and administrative "doer"
Driven with an eye for quality
Basic HTML and Photoshop knowledge
Great MS office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Creative with a flexible mindset
Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent
