The role as SAM training consultant is a dynamic and challenging opportunity that complements and extends the strengths of Snow License Manager. You will be delivering scheduled training sessions for certification of Snow License Manager functionality to our Nordic customers, partners and employees ensuring that the training experience is of the highest quality. You will also be conducting tailor-made training onsite at customers, combining Snow License Manager with consulting on best practices and SAM processes. Maintenance of training material as well as developing new training concepts for Snow
Nordic region is also included in this role. Summarized, this is a few further things you will be doing:
• Deliver training of Certified Snow Specialist and Certified Snow Advanced Specialist courses to Snow customers, partners and employees
• Contribute to internal knowledge, expansion and continual improvement of educational concepts in the Nordics
• Leverage Snow License Manager for data collection, normalization, reconciliation and other features as needed
• Assist with Data collection of customer licensing information from customer, software partners and resellers as input for data reconciliation of licenses and purchase history to establish Effective License Position for customer
• Assist and grow in the area of consulting around SAM maturity, policies, processes and procedures
You have at least three years of experience of the IT-industry, preferably with Software Asset Management. Extensive knowledge and experience of delivering educations and workshops is something you possess, as well as strong licensing knowledge for Microsoft, Symantec and Adobe. Client facing presentation and interview skills are some of your strengths. Moreover, for this intriguing position, you will need to be able to travel in the Nordics. English spoken and written fluently as well as a Nordic language is required. It is an advantage is you are experienced in the development of ITAM, SAM processes and process flow documentation. Experience from producing and conducting e-training material is also a bonus.
We are looking for candidates that are detail minded and solution oriented, but who also understand how to expeditiously move a customer through to the scoped outcome. This position involves direct customer interaction, data reconciliation and consulting to internal sales teams as needed. A genuine interest for communication and a large amount of flexibility are factors of great importance for this position in our fast paced environment. Although training is the focal area for this position there are great opportunities to combine work and personal growth towards a consulting role in the field of Software Asset Management. You will also be part of the Snow global training team. For the right candidate this role can develop to a Nordic Training Manager within 6-12 months.
