The unique concept features outlets in- and outside of grocery stores, supermarkets and airports with live Sushi Artisans performing their art in front of customers, delivering a differentiated customer experience and top-quality sushi Working for KellyDeli in their own kiosk environments.
The role of the Sales Team Member is to deliver outstanding customer service at all times and deliver sales targets.
Responsibilities:Provide great customer service and experience. Deliver great tasting sessions. Stock merchandising and rotation. External kiosk cleaning. Great knowledge of product range and groceries.
Sell to and advise customers. Receive and escalate customer feedback and complaints .Is up-to-date with company rules, standards and processes.
Ensure grocery and display areas respect the company concept. Communication with the production team. Follow all relevant food safety, quality and hygiene procedures.
Prepare Sushi products to standard when required. Carry out all tasks efficiently.
Positive team member. Can demonstrate good practice to others. Supports the training of others
