Working in highly collaborative agile teams, as a Salesforce consultant, you will be responsible for business requirement analysis, design, development and delivery of business process and industry solutions.

Responsibilities include
Designing, building and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions for the business
Collaborating with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions
Providing consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
Additional information
Successful candidates for these positions will work on-site at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Stockholm, Sweden.
Our priority is the well-being of IBMers, candidates and the communities we operate in. Many IBMers are working remotely while balancing the needs of their families during these times. However, on-site support and some travel will be expected in this role to meet our client's needs once circumstances permit.
The role will be filled as soon as possible.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3-5 years of Salesforce application development/configuration experience
Relevant Salesforce certifications
Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level
Excellent presentation and demo skills
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Working experience of Marketing cloud, Heroku, Einstein Analytics and AI
You must be eligible to work in Sweden when applying.
