DENTSPLY Implants Nordic is looking for a National Administrator for Salesforce.com, our CRM system. It is a permanent position, to be stationed at the office in Mölndal, Sweden. The National Administrator will report directly to the MD for DENTSPLY Implants Nordics, who is also stationed at DENTSPLY Implants.
DESCRIPTION As an integral part of DENTSPLY Implants Nordic Management Team you would be responsible for leading our CRM & Sales Excellence initiatives with the primary purpose to gain new customers, strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales.
Your responsibilities include :
Lead and participate various CRM & Sales Excellence projects
Train and support our Nordic Sales Team members with the SFDC CRM tool functionality, generation of reports, and daily usage
Act as a link between the DENTSPLY Implants global CRM Team in Mölndal and the DENTSPLY Implants Nordic Team
In collaboration with Nordic Sales Management, develop reports and tools to help drive the business
Participate in local Nordic Sales Meetings and Conferences with presentation of Sales Analysis, tracking execution of business strategies and tactics, and campaign results
QUALIFICATIONS You have a Bachelor?s degree in business or related field plus 3-5 years? experience in sales/CRM and preferably experience from working with Salesforce.com. Dental industry experience is preferred. The position requires creativity, drive and ability to meet aggressive deadlines. It also requires the ability to plan, organize and execute at both strategic and tactical levels and handle multiple projects of varying size. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with solid business understanding and excellent analytical skills. In your role we want you to constantly seek for effective ways to analyze and improve our performance. You also share our understanding that the best results are gained though a collaborative approach and through providing solutions that give day-to-day business value for all involved parties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English are a prerequisite. Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint will also be required for the role.
