hela Sverige Right now, we are looking for a Salesforce Functional Architect to join our global team to accelerate digitizing our Dealer and Customer experience.
Opportunity description
In this role, you will work in a dynamic team with diverse skills within the Digital & IT community focusing on Digital experience for dealers and customers. You will have the opportunity to interact with multiple global teams and stakeholder to ensure the development, delivery and maintenance of cloud-based applications that are part of the company's digital transformation. You will be able to influence the ways of working and the design of the digital implementations by being part of a cross-functional team.
In the role as Salesforce Functional Architect, you are responsible for the model that identifies system function and their interactions. It defines how the functions will operate together to perform the mission of the system. The Functional Architect works hand to hand with Business Analysts focusing on the vision of the product, functions, and interaction of features across applications rather than focusing on one application.
The Functional Architect is responsible for the coordination/definition of the long-term considerations in relation to combined product common Personas/Requirements to have a unified solution as part of one org. Bridging processes to consolidate one user experience for users.
Responsibilities:
Develop functional design specifications and process maps that document program implementations for Salesforce applications
Design the functional behavior of Salesforce as a Volvo system
Take part of driving the vision of Salesforce as a Volvo product (functions, features of all applications)
Contribute to the development of the capability map according to Salesforce usage
Identify and analyze architecture options to deliver functions and features common to several applications
Ensure that designed solutions are successfully supporting global vision and expectation
Continuously collaborate with the Program teams, CoEs, D&IT, etc. to align Salesforce functional design specifications and model to Volvo CE strategy
Education Required
Bachelor or Master in relevant fields.
