About the position
We are now looking for a Saleforce Developer with teamlead skills to our Salesforce team in Stockholm.
Salesforce is a very important tool in the work with our sales, marketing and support processes. Together with the team you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the system as well as internal and external support and training. To give you a flying start you will be trained in all relevant processes and be introduced to colleagues from all departments .
You will mainly work with:
• Apex and declarative programming skills to support current and new functionality.
• Integration points with our own product line and cloud hosting solutions.
• Manage projects and maintain the integrity of company process in Salesforce, including maintenance of a change log
Secondary work duties:
• Developing profiles, security, workflow rules, record types, page layouts and objects, custom objects using tools such as flow, process builders and APEX code.
• Train end users on how to use the system in the best way.
In this position you will have a great opportunity to work with a Salesforce org. where we use multiple Salesforce features in the entire spectrum from lead generation to product delivery and invoicing. You will work with many Salesforce tools and have a wide variety of tasks to work on.
Your profile
We think that you enjoy coaching and support others as well as working in an international environment. As you will collaborate with many departments, we believe that you have great communication skills, both written and verbal. We think that you are flexible and prefer to work in a structured manner. You are service-minded and appreciate working with internal support. Also, we think that you are used to work independently, take initiatives and work proactively.
Experience & skills:
• Education in relevant area or comparable experience
• Teamlead experience
• +2 years experience in Salesforce
• Decelarative programming
• Excellent communication skills in English
It is meriting with Salesforce.com administration certification and other Salesforce.com certifications.
Our office
In order to continue with our important mission - to improve cancer care across the world - it's important to us that our employees have a positive working environment. Our headquarters are at Torsplan, Hagastaden, in Stockholm's Life Science Hub. In our newly constructed office both workplaces and social spaces are tastefully decorated. Every day our bistro serves something to eat in the morning and in the afternoon. Our own kitchen staff also prepares an amazing lunch spread with new themes every day.
We have our own gym where you can work out before work, on your way home or at lunch with your colleagues. We have yoga and work out sessions on a regular basis.
On our top floor we have a roof top terrace with 360 degrees view of the city and an entire floor dedicated to social activities. Here we have a ping pong table, fussball, a grand piano, chess tournaments, game board nights and a weekly after work.
