You'll be a key player in unlocking the full potential of our Salesforce platform (Sales- and Service Cloud). Leverage your expertise in declarative configuration and custom solution design to become a true Salesforce rockstar!Responsibilities
Leverage declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.) to automate processes, enforce data quality, and streamline user processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce configurations.
Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions through process mapping and solution design.
Develop and deliver clear training and documentation to ensure user adoption of new Salesforce functionalities.
Collaborate effectively with the technical lead, developers and system administrator to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates.
Who you are
Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales- and Service Cloud) in a business analyst or similar role (3-5 years experience with Salesforce)
Strong understanding of declarative configuration tools within Salesforce.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Project management experience (a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
