As a Salesforce Administrator, you will continue building a self-sufficient scalable CRM (Salesforce) system to support and enable the sales team's growth.
Mentimeter is a service that is loved globally, and our growth has been almost 100% organic. Sales are currently growing over 10% per month and you will be a driving force to accelerate that growth even further!

Responsibilities:
Hands-on daily CRM (Salesforce) operations to coordinate and ensure the best execution including:
Build reports & dashboards
Documentation of processes and architectural setup
Data cleaning & accuracy
Break fixes and CRM maintenance
Manage all aspects of CRM and maintain a high level of communication across the sales team
Responsible for continuous Salesforce trainings and onboardings
Identify together with the sales team salesforce bottlenecks, challenges, and implement solutions to help the sales team to add scalability, drive retention, and incremental sales
Evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test CRM and tech initiatives together with TL (eg: new tool integrations, automation/optimization etc)
Not required:
You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 25 different nationalities!)
