Qmatic is going through a great transformation to become a SaaS leader in the Customer Journey Management world. The international Sales teams and Customer focus teams are using Salesforce as the backbone of their sales activity and reporting. As Salesforce is becoming more centrally used as the tool to track contacts, report pipeline, build proposals, and other important tasks, we are now seeking a dedicated Saleforce Administrator.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will work across the organization in collaboration with several worldwide teams. You will define and enhance our CRM strategy and usage, and be responsible for:
maintaining data (under GDPR compliancy rules), the personalized dashboards and reports
updating CPQ and the interfaces with our ERP systems
training users across different teams in the organization
documenting and communicating different processes
defining the rules to track each lead in greater detail, making sure the pipeline is accurately represented.

Your ability to collaborate easily and across all functions and cultures is very important and you possess both a high level of professionalism and understanding of business, as well as an interest in the commercial aspects of delivering services.
Your skills and experience
To thrive in this position we believe that you have:
a relevant Bachelors Degree within computer science.
minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and CPQ.
the ability to lead the change and are able to influence the CRM strategy based on best practices.
experience in configuring products and bundles, and pricing in CPQ.
a relevant Salesforce and CPQ certification.
the ability to communicate professionally in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are highly desirable.
Prior experience from working in a SaaS organization is a plus.

Location
The position can be based in any of our European offices in Sweden (Mölndal), Germany (Bocholt), France (Paris), The Netherlands (Katwijk), Belgium (Zaventem) or Spain (Madrid) with the opportunity to work in a Hybrid Working arrangement. You will report to the VP Revenue Enablement, Khachatur Muradyan.
