Your work assignments
As a Salesforce Administrator, you are part of a team that will make Hemfrid successful in its continued development of our primary Salesforce business system. Since 2018, Hemfrid has taken big steps in digital development and has received several awards for digital achievements. Our goal is to have completely internal ownership of our IT processes and our IT development, and we hope that you want to be part of our journey.
In this role, you will be part of our Tech team, which is built up of two functions, Development and Operations / Support. Our development team is divided into the functions Web, App, Backend and Salesforce. The team works closely together to develop and support Hemfrid's operational function. Hemfrid is Sweden's largest company in household services with 2400 employees (please read more at hemfrid.se)
As a Salesforce Administrator with us, you will continue to build a self-sufficient scalable CRM (Salesforce) system to support and enable Hemfrid's growth. You will, among other things work with creating reports and instrument panels, CRM maintenance and documentation of processes. The role also involves close collaboration with the stakeholder within Hemfrid, requirements and further development. Furthermore, together with the Salesforce developers, you will identify challenges in the system and implement solutions to help users move forward in the best possible way.

In addition to this, we are happy to see that you have:
Years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Certified in Salesforce is a merit
Knowledge of Light web components
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English
