My name is Nathalie and I work with developing our Salesforce CRM environment and am currently looking for someone to join me. About the role
As a Salesforce admin you will be involved in regular maintenance to keep our internal system in radiant shape. Staying up to date with new features is essential in introducing change. You will have the chance to save the day by managing planned system changes without disrupting users. To succeed in this you need to have good communicative skills so that you can convey changes, processes, instructions and potential concerns. When necessary, you should also provide iconic documentation developed by you.
I am looking for the person we trust with user maintenance, report and dashboard administration and folder management, maintaining and ensuring data quality, providing sales, marketing and finance with data, removing unnecessary fields as well as manage and maintain workflows. You will also be part of extinguishing duplicates to ensure data integrity. When there are personnel changes, be alert and ready to reassign record ownership, manage user profiles, roles and permissions in the system.
We will together come to the rescue of users who have last minute requests and save colleagues in distress through our combined analytical powers. Last but not least, giving fantastic daily support to users is crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills
Be eager to learn and get into the core of our CRM, sales and business processes
Be a people person, have a natural commitment for helping people and with a positive attitude
You don't have to be an IT expert but you do need to be comfortable with and have great interest in working with technology and computers. You should preferably be familiar with databases or computer systems
To thrive and succeed in this role you are curious, creative and driven
Good communicative skills both written and spoken in Swedish and English
Be process oriented
Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions
Must have the ability to work and find answers independently.
It is a bonus but not a requirement if you have experience as a CRM administrator a degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or similar an interest in learning or already know programming (Java, SQL, HTML, CSS).
