Job Description
You are part of Lindex Global Sales organisation and working in the Sales Operations department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, defined KPI's and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. The department implement, follow up and maximise the efficiency and customer experience and are also working with the tactical development of Lindex store portfolio and sales operations.
As Sales Training & Communication Developer, you are responsible for sales trainings and communication concept development, for all sales channels. In this position you work close with the whole global sales organization as well as store and e-com operations developer in the implementation and excecution. Example of work tasks: in cooperation with stakeholders, lead the tactical optimisation of sales training and communication, coordinate and produce internal sales communication material for sales channels, keep routines and communication updated and support in implementation and change management processes within global sales organisation.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Experience of educating within retail sales
Experience from creating templates and structured information as well as working with digital communication (preferably Sharepoint)
Academic degree within Communication, HR, Business administration or similar
English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Meritorious: Experience from working in a retail store in an international business
To succeed in this position you thrive to inspire your colleagues in how to contribute to develop Lindex Sales and deliver great customer experiences. You will also guide your colleagues in what steps that needs to be taken. Previous experience in train the trainer will be an advantage.Your positive mindset will be of use and very much appreciated in this position. We believe you are great at communicate as well as create and keep structure. You have the ability to prioritize and take own initiatives based on business analyses with focus on the customer. You are comfortable in an ever-changing environment, that offers a lot of exciting challenges and you look forward to further develop your passion for retail!
