Currently, we are searching for a results-oriented Sales trainee with strong interpersonal skills who will actively seek out and engage potential customers.
Responsibilities and Tasks
As an applicant, you should be able to:
Provide solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently, to maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Keep updated on industry trends and best practices.
Continuously improve service strategy through feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for some one that:
Has work experience in sales.
Is proficient in MS Office.
Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
Is fluent in English, and French or any other language is considered a plus.
Is eager to learn product specifications and new markets.
Has experience in customer relationship management.
Is highly self-motivated and target driven.
Has strong selling, negotiation and communication skills in written format, one-on one meetings and group presentations.
Prioritizing, time management, meeting deadlines and organizational skills.
Is a team player and is open to feedback.
