The Job
As a Sales Team Manager/Team Lead you will lead and guide our expanding Sales Team to achieve exceptional performance. The role encompasses fostering an environment for sales excellence and actively supporting team growth and development. At Tendium, we hold our sales team to high standards, expecting a result-driven attitude. You'll play an important role in setting standards and providing mentorship to support our Account Executives in reaching their goals. You will collaborate with our Head of Sales, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline of new customer sales alongside the other Account Executives, securing a continuous flow of sales opportunities.

We are seeking a leader with a proven track record of leading sales teams to success. We want someone who excels in cultivating team spirit, maintaining unwavering motivation, and prioritising a good work culture. Your responsibility is to provide the conditions for our Sales Team to achieve set goals, leveraging your experience in implementing effective sales strategies, and providing ongoing support. Leading by example, you'll foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

As a Sales Team Manager/Team Lead your strategic mindset and extensive business experience are essential for effectively navigating challenges. We highly value your insights in identifying areas for development and are committed to proactively implementing solutions to overcome any challenges that may arise.

In the role of Sales Team Manager/Team Lead you will be responsible for:

Coaching, motivating, and leading the team for effective sales process management.

Ensure the team reaches its goals on both a short and long-term basis.

Setting and achieving your own sales goals, alongside those of the other Account Executives.

Plan and monitor sales opportunities, ensuring a continuous pipeline of future business.

Serve as a role model and inspiration for the team.

Contribute to recruitment for the sales team in collaboration with our HR and Recruitment team.

Desirable experience and skills

A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a successful sales team within SaaS B2B sales.

Strong results-driven mindset and determination to achieve ambitious goals.

Proven leadership skills to inspire and engage colleagues.

Exceptional feedback skills, both giving and receiving constructive feedback on performance.

Proactive drive to move forward, solution-oriented, and not getting stuck in minor challenges.

Proficient in both English and Swedish.

Based in Stockholm or surrounding areas.

Meritorious

Certification in coaching.

Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

For this role, we offer a permanent employment (Sw: tillsvidareanställning) starting with a 6-month probationary period. In this role we need you in place at our Stockholm office.
