Are you on the hunt for an exciting new
opportunity? Look no further than Photomate Scandinavia AB! We are currently searching for a friendly and positive Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Kista office in Stockholm. As distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems and charging stations for electric vehicles in Scandinavia, Central, Eastern Europe, and Central
Asia.
As our Sales Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that company administration processes are performed promptly and delivered with consistent quality.
You will work closely with our clients and communicate with them via phone / e-mail and provide them with support and updates on their order status. You will also communicate with other departments to be able to further support our clients. You will update company lists and overviews, read / proofread manuals and data sheets.
You should be patient and be able to communicate effectively. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, excellent English and
Swedish, a positive attitude towards remote customers.
