Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean (WW Ocean) is a leading provider of deep-sea ocean transportation for cars, trucks, rolling equipment and breakbulk cargo. Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join its office in Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for handling our bookings of our Liner Cargo (i.e. non-contractual cargo) in order to fulfil customer satisfaction in line with the company policies and daily operational requirements.

Customer interaction

• Act as the primary customer interface from the time the customer wants to make a booking to the time the cargo is delivered to the terminal and all cargo details are updated in our booking system.
• Answer customers' questions about our schedules, space and terminal closing time.
• Be back-up, internally, on making Quotes to customers.

Port Terminal, Operation and Trade coordination and interface.

• Coordinate with the Port Terminal about cargo delivery and other cargo/customer booking issues.
• Coordinate with our Operation team about equipment availability and cargo handling issues.
• Coordinate with Trades about space availability and allocations.

Booking of cargo and internal coordination.

• Data input of all customer, cargo and freight details into our booking system - including updating of same due to e.g. changes in cargo delivery or vessel changes.
• Coordinate with our Documentation Department in order to avoid and correct mistakes between the bookings and the final B/L & Manifest details.

Requirements and personal skills
You are a team player with shipping or logistics experience and/or education. You are a multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and loves the challenge and responsibility of finding a win-win solution for the customer and our company. You are result orientated, commercially aware, solution driven and able to focus on details and follow whenever necessary. You have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbal and written, and general computer competence.
