Stockvik is one of the largest AkzoNobel-sites in Sweden, with 380 people working in three different business units: Pulp and Performance Chemicals, Surface Chemistry and Wood Finishes & Adhesives. We are now looking for a person with experience and high interest in leadership, ready to take on a new exciting challenge as Sales Support Manager to Expancel, AkzoNobel. As our Sales Support Manager your focus will be to lead and develop the Sales Support Team, and ensure that we provide world class customer service to our customers.
Main responsibilities
Attract, lead, coach, appraise and develop employees, ensure staffing and stimulate talent management
Align the department's operational targets with the business' strategy and annual objectives
Manage the "Order To Cash" (OTC) cycle for the demands from the global customer base
(Co)develop, implement and optimize work processes, techniques and systems by means of continuous improvements and leveraging on best practice
Ensure that procedures and competence of Sales/Customer Support team is up to standards and regulations, laws, and AkzoNobel procedures
Act as focal point on Sales/Customer Support and OTC process related issues for Marketing and Sales team, Logistics, Planning, Controlling, Production and Site Logistics
Academic background or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, logistics or similar
Good knowledge and experience in working in SAP environment is beneficial
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team of at least 5 employees
Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly set the direction as well as create winning teams and build your own network.
