Food Category Prepared Food within Business Unit Dairy, Beverage & Prepared Food is looking for a Sales Support Manager. In this position you will support a number of clusters in selling our Prepared Food solutions, drive and develop the Prepared Food business together with the category team, in line with the global category strategy.
The position is based in Lund. You will report to the Manager Sales Support. You will be expected to travel approx 30% of the time.
Main responsibilities
• Actively participate in the customer management process
• Understand the customer and create and convey our solutions together with our market company
• Promote, market, quote and sell our production solutions & services in close cooperation with the market company and the cluster
• Work closely together with our cluster category and account teams, supporting them in, sales, business development and marketing
• Drive the implementation and improvement of the global Prepared Food and Strategic Account strategies
• Own and secure a successful handover of the projects in your market into our order fulfilment process to secure customer satisfaction and profitability
Qualifications
To be successful we expect you have a degree in Engineering or equivalent and a technical understanding of production solutions. Commercial and customer management experience within food processing is a prerequisite.
As a person you are result oriented, customer focused and have a strong drive to get things done. You possess excellent networking/communication skills and are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. You also enjoy working in a multicultural environment, taking on new challenges and enjoy travelling.
