Last year we increased both order intake and the team of Teleoptimists (that's what we call ourselves) by more than 20%. Today we are 200 colleagues, representing many cultures, located in 18 offices around the globe.
Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to support our global Sales team. As our Sales Support, you will be working as an intermediary between the Sales, Finance and Business Support Departments and close to the business in an international environment. Now is an excellent time to join and make your mark!What you'll do
• You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the data quality in CRM together with Sales Managers.
• You will advise and train CRM users in how to use the system, in new features and procedures etc.
• You will develop and improve existing processes and procedures.
Who you areWe believe that the successful candidate is an administrative ninja, who shows great attention to details in in your everyday work.
• You are a team player and easy to cooperate with. You are positive, open, outgoing and passionate about on time delivery.
• You are very organized and solutions-oriented as well as service-minded. Your work reflects high integrity and professionalism.
• We believe you have a relevant high school education and at least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably within an international and fast paced environment. You have a high command of both written and spoken Swedish and English.
