Your main responsibility as a Sales Support is to support our area sales managers and sales teams around the world with commercial assistance and expertise to secure strong customer relationships. In this position you will cooperate closely with our sales teams, various internal functions/departments and also directly with our customers.
As Sales Support you are responsible to prepare and present attractive and cost efficient commercial offers mainly for spare parts, overhauls, upgrades and services. Always following the customer 's expectations as well as our internal preferences and processes. Your tasks will also cover project preparation, order handover to project management, as well as order registration.
To be successful as a Sales Support, travelling is required, in some cases with short notice. You report to Global Support Manager, the position is placed in Vika, Falun.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Job experiences and education:
• Minimum of 3 years university degree or equivalent within the area of the responsibility.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience
• Experience with customer relations, presenting and selling your ideas.
Personal skills:
• Sales oriented mindset and ability to understand customer needs
• Good communication skills.
• Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
• Well organised and structured in your work.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
