Job description
Our Sales Support Team/Customer Experience Support (CXS) function support our sales representatives with calling new customers, booking business meetings, administrative tasks, seminars and regular follow-up of activities within the sales department.
Your role would be to support our two sales representatives in Denmark and Norway by supporting them daily with sales activities such as:
• Generate and process new sales leads
• Arrange appointments between clients and the sales representative
• Answers phone calls and emails from customers
• Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with Les Mills products
• Monitoring customer accounts
• Keeping track of sales targets
• Any needed administrative task, such as updating information in CRM, prepare agreements or necessary documentation and reports
To be successful in this role you need to be an outgoing person that is able to care for new as well as existing customers and support them towards achieving a successful business. You have a high level of energy and have the ability to achieve set goals. You are comfortable to communicate by phone and possess an ability to connect with different types of people. You are result driven, have an excellent sense to plan and set a clear work structure for yourself and your team on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
You probably have a great track record working in a similar position before and value the variation of sales and high-quality administration. It's a great advantage if you have previous experience working in Salesforce.
Since you will be working towards the Norwegian and Danish market we need you to have Danish and/or Norwegian language skills. It is also important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
This position will be based at our office in Stockholm Gärdet and you will be part of a dedicated sales support team.
