Sales Strategy & Analysis Manager
We are looking for a candidate taking up the position as Sales Strategy & Analysis Manager within Global Sales & Marketing Operations.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Analyse markets and segments globally to identify and quantify business opportunities from a volume and profitability perspective
• Monitor operational sales & marketing plans with markets globally and track versus the business plan
• Be the interface between Sales/Marketing, Production and Finance when it comes to volume and revenue planning
• Lead a small team to develop product launch and lifecycle strategies
• Develop recommendations for senior management in terms of business direction
In your new role you have daily cross functional cooperation within Saab Automobile but also within General Motors Europe. For the operational teams in and outside of Europe you will be a key contact to support short and medium term business objectives.

• Have interest and understanding of the international automotive business
• Have excellent analytical skills and are not afraid of numbers
• Have an entrepreneurial approach and link between the revenue and the cost side of the business
• Have operational understanding to act as a sales unit counterpart in the area of volumes, budget & marketing plans
• Have a self-starter mentality
• Have excellent communication skills to deal with different functions/cultures/characters
• Are able to put complex topics into straight forward senior management information
• Are motivating and coaching in order to run a team of young high potentials
