Sales Specialist Service & Consumables
What you will do
In this challenging and important role you are responsible for developing the Service & Consumables revenues in all Tecan Nordics, as an inside sales representative.

Responsibilities will include
Develop Service and Consumables Sales in Nordics
Secure our recurring revenues portfolio
Proactive calls to make sure every account is followed-up
Work closely with local sales manager on key accounts with multi-sites
Winback customers lost to the competition
Manage daily customers inquiries
Maintain customer records, daily data update (CRM, SAP)
Support and generate leads for the outside sales team
Provide accurate local sales forecast

What you bring along
Customer Service oriented, Team player with good communication skills, Engaging and passionate with people interaction
A degree in science
Preferable experience as inside sales, (ideally in life science industry), excellent telephone skills
Rigorous, Pragmatic
Able to multitask
Ideally familiar with SAP and CRM
Fluent Swedish, Fluent English business
Openness for other cultures and mentalities and travels limited up to 25 %.
