Sales specialist for Sweden to be based at the Sigma-Aldrich office in Stockholm.
Sigma Life Science is in a very exciting developing stage. Launching ground-breaking technologies such as MISSION RNAi, Prestige, CompoZr ZFN, SAGE and YFG we are rapidly changing the way researchers think about biology and also the way they think about us.
The Sales Specialist will be working in a Nordic team of Life Science specialists and be responsible for the implementation and execution of sales and marketing activities for Sigma-Aldrich Life Science products in Sweden.
Main responsibilities with deliverables
• Drive the sales of Sigma-Aldrich Life Science products within Sweden.
• Generate sales leads, develop and close sales opportunities.
• Customer visits with Life Science researchers, including key opinion leaders.
• Prepare and conduct presentations of innovative technologies.
• Product support and training for the Account Manager sales force.
• Report activities, opportunities and sales performance to European Life Science Team and Sales Manager Sweden.
• Support Sales Manager Sweden in budgeting and forecasting.
Successful candidate profile
• PhD or MSc within life science
• Experience within sales and marketing toward the relevant customer group
• Valid driving license
• Self-driven, service-minded and high-energy personality
• Verbal presentation skills
