We are looking for a sales specialist with excellent presentation skills, who has experience from working with healthcare customers and knowledge about the wireless communication sector.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include achieving targets, identifying and meeting customer needs within your allotted sales territory and maintaining good after-sales relationship. It will be expected that you regularly update your product knowledge, as well as hone and develop your selling techniques.

Responsibilities
• Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio, and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
• Maintain a deep understanding of clients business models, their overall goals, and their business needs and how Ascom can be a part of their solution.
• Generate proposals, initiate and participate in bid process where applicable, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on company products to assigned clients.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Maintain open communication provide information to management as requested.
* Travel frequently to attend client meetings.

Qualifications
• 4-8 years' experience from selling technology driven products and services to healthcare customers
• Knowledge of the wireless communication sector and the ability to understand technical system configurations
• Track record of value based (complex) solution sales including software
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
• Working with healthcare customers, experience with healthcare clinical workflows
