You'll join our French growth team at the perfect time: fast momentum, lots of leads, and a clear mission.
Your job is to help French families make the right decision for their child's education. This is consultative sales - you'll listen, understand the situation, recommend the right solution, and guide families to a confident decision. When you win, a student wins even bigger.
You'll get full training, daily coaching, and a clear playbook - but your results will come from your energy, discipline, and willingness to learn fast

Your role
You'll own the full sales process - from first contact to closed deal.
What you'll do:
Speak with French families over the phone (who are actively looking for support)
Understand the student's situation and recommend a tailored tutoring solution
Build trust quickly and communicate value clearly
Handle objections with calm structure (price, timing, "let me think")
Close deals and hit weekly targets - in a fast-paced environment
Track your pipeline and outcomes with high quality and consistency
Collaborate with the team: share learnings, improve scripts, sharpen the playbook
What we'll teach you:
Consultative sales fundamentals (discovery, value framing, objections, closing)
Daily routines that top performers use to earn more with less stress
Communication that makes families feel safe - while still moving decisions forward
