Sales Solution Manager
As part of our continued expansion, Safegate will establish a new business unit with a new approach to the market meaning more conceptual sales rather than product sales.
The Sales Solution Manager will play a vital role in the success of this new business unit. Your role will be to clearly define the concepts and help the global sales team to successfully market these to customers.
In order to succeed in your role we believe the candidate must possess a genuine interest in understanding the customer and the sales process, you have a few years of experience and looking for a new challenge.
Despite your background in Sales and Marketing you must have an ability to relate to technically complex situations.
You will be a part of the global market department and report to our Sales and Marketing Director.
Main Tasks
• Develop sales and marketing concepts
• Concept packaging
• Develop business cases to support our sales team
• Train and assist with implementation.
Personal qualities
To succeed in this role we believe you are sales and market orientated and understand the customer needs. You are a creative mind but still possess analytic skills and are process driven. You need to be independent and comfortable with decision making. You need to understand the overall perspective but also see the importance of details. Good skills in English, both orally and written is imperative. Other languages are an advantage.
Education/Background
The successful candidate should posses a university (or equivalent) degree in Marketing or Sales and be able to demonstrate a number of years of experience in a similar position.
Travel days: about 30-40 days /year
Start date: Immediate
