hela Sverige After a short but intense training period, you will be working independently and allround and will show us why we are so lucky to have you in our team.
• Advising and selling of all Tours & Tickets products
• A nice and neat shop with everything - brochures, promotion material - in its place;
• Give the right information to our customers (street knowledge, places of interest - it's handy if you know where everything is at); Execution of some cash desk duties.
• Sell and provide information of train tickets/routes in Sweden and the rest of Europe
• You can demonstrate that you own excellent sales techniques;
• You control at least the Swedish, English language (written and spoken). Other languages are a pré;
• You know the most important places of interest in Stockholm (off course we will check this :-)
• Preferably a cash desk has no secrets for you;
• Your enthusiasm and attitude tells us that hospitality and service are in your DNA;
• You don't mind working in weekends and holidays;
• You don't mind that workdays and times can differ.
