BD Medical Surgical System is recruiting a sales representative to support our highly valued customers in the Västra Götaland and Halland Area.

As a Sales Representative you are responsible for selling BD products and BD added value solutions to our customers, mainly hospitals. Focus areas will primarily be within infusion- and injection therapy combining high quality products with clinical expertise and knowledge. The role involves managing the relationship with new and existing customers, such as training of end users for example nurses and other clinicians. You are expected to work with a Key Account Management (KAM) approach to establish and maintain personal contacts with key customers and decision makers. The Sales Representative will work with the Sales Manager and the national sales team for customer focus campaigns and to participate in workshops and conferences.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly committed and dedicated sales team, reporting to the BD Medical Surgical System Sales Manager Sweden. It is important to be comfortable with working from a home office that is located within the business area, Västra Götaland or Halland. The position involves extensive travelling within the business area and some over night stays.

Kvalifikationer
The ideal candidate has:

• An academic degree in a relevant subject
• At least two years experience of sales to the health care sector, preferentially hospitals, is required
• Experience of tender management and KAM sales is advantageous
• Excellent business and financial understanding as well as documented sales results
• Proven ability to build long term customer relations
• Excellent Swedish and English is required, both spoken and in writing
• In depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Valid drivers license
As a person you are enthusiastic and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have a strong personal drive, are result- and action orientated and have the ability to work independently and take own initiatives. It is also important with excellent planning skills and to work in a structured manner.

Personal skills will be emphasized during the selection process. It is a full-time employment and preferred starting date is as soon as possible.
