As a Sales representative in our sales team, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining contact with existing clients. You independently negotiate with prospects and you are involved together with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and prospects. You will be responsible for the whole sale chain, from first contact to contract.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimal 1+ years successful in a commercial job, in which you independently generated new business and maintained contact with higher level management.
• Strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.
• Affinity with IT and Customer Care is evident, specific education is not necessary.
• Ability to demonstrate software products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
• Ability to gather information about a business need, analyze them, and determine the best possible solution.
• Willing to travel when required
Ideal Experience:
• 1+ years of sales experience / lead development
• Strong selling skills
• Proven track record of sustained individual success
• Experience demonstrating Customer Care-, Contact Centre- or CRM applications is preferred
• Affinity with IT and Customer Care is evident, specific education is not necessary.
• Experience with Software as a Service preferred
