To further strengthen our Sales team in Sweden we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who will achieve and exceed sales and service goals in dental clinics/laboratories within the assigned district: Skaraborg, Dalsland, Värmland and Örebro county.
Main tasks
• Maintain regular contact with existing and new customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services.
• Plan, implement and monitor creative sales- and marketing activities.
• Take the initiative to close deals and conclude agreements with customers.
• Establish a district market-/business plan following the company overall business strategy and goals.
• Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies and competitive activities etc.
• Present all new products, solutions and services to customers.
• Establish and maintain travel schedule to visit existing and potential customers.
• Manage assigned territory within allocated expense budget.
• Participate in (inter-)national and local meetings, seminars, fairs etc.
Your profile
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience from achievement oriented sales, preferably from a dental field.
• Undergraduate degree or the equivalent level in business or related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
• Demonstrated professional sales skills in promoting products and added values.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience from and willingness to travel and work independently, approximately 80% travel.
