You will be part of the Sales team and our journey towards becoming one of Europe 's strongest fashion brands. Together, we identify the best playgrounds and partnerships for our products globally, always supported by high-quality customer service.
About the role
As our entering role as Sales Representative, you will oversee and develop the relationship with your customers. Your mission is to reach sales targets through successful management and a full view of the customer portfolio, where following general channel movements is key. The customers range from independent retailers to online retailers and bigger chains. You will present the 4-6 annual Vagabond Shoemakers collections in person or digitally, including:
Sales material preparations
Follow-ups & sales analysis
Store staff training & brand events
Order registration & stock sales
General customer support

During your onboarding, you will work closely with our Senior sales representatives and the Sales support team to learn about our brand, its positioning, and our business system, Navision. You will also get a solid understanding of our markets, our season routines, and customer dialogues. From there, you will gradually take on more responsibility. Within the Sales Department and the company, there are many potential ways to grow.
Qualifications
Relevant education in business administration, sales, and/or marketing.
An understanding of digital sales and KPIs.
Basic administrative skills and experience with MS Office and Excel-based tools.
A keen eye for and interest in fashion.
Comfortable with social interactions and a passion for quality sales.
Fluent in Swedish and English is a must, another third language is an advantage, preferably German.
Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.

You are an ambitious, organised, problem-solving team player with an open mindset. You are a natural in socialising and can easily see, understand, and act on the needs and wants of our clients or your team. You are comfortable travelling and adapting to new situations.
This full-time position is based at the head office in Varberg, Sweden, and with some travelling within Europe.
