The Job
As our new Sales Representative you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in the middle and northern part of Sweden. This includes achieving a profitability growth of our existing and future product portfolio. You live somewhere within these regions, maybe in the Stockholm/Mälardalen area.
You will be responsible for providing product training and technical support to our key stakeholders, which mainly consists of distributors, advisors and farmers. In this position you will report to the Crop Protection Manager Nordic & Baltic.
Your Profile
In order to become successful we think that you possess at least 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience within the Crop Protection business area. You can show a proven track record of building and maintaining successful long-term relations with important stakeholders.
An appropriate educational background would be a Master Degree in science or business, preferably as an Agronomist or equivalent. Good ability to communicate in English is a must. With the position comes along quit extensive travelling, primarily in your district but also some travelling in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
As a person you are result-oriented, able to take on responsibility and finds it stimulating to work independently but also is able, and appreciates, team work and cooperation when suitable. Moreover we think it is necessary that you have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with both customers and colleagues.
