hela Sverige We're looking for an energetic English speaking (native) Sales Representative / Customer Service Rep to help us build and maintain our ever-growing list of customers in the United States.
We're building the fastest growing labor marketplace for truck drivers and trucking companies in the US, going head to head with some of the largest job sites in the world. The US trucking industry is the second largest industry in America employing 1 out of every 15 Americans and at the core of the industry you'll find the 3.5million truck drivers who we build amazing job search experiences for through Lanefinder.com.
We are a tightly-knit group of Developers, Creatives, and Sales people in Malmö (Lilla Torg) on a mission to improve how trucking companies in the US source their drivers and are now looking for more great people to join our team.
Working hours:
Mon - Thu: 14.00 - 21.00
Fri: 14.00 - 19.00
You're a native English speaker - talkative and able to confidently carry a conversation over the phone. You're able to think on your feet, multitask and organize your workload efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Calling companies
Walk customers through the product
Convert leads in to deals
Requirements:
Native English proficiency
Proven background in dealing with customers
Strong phone contact skills
Time management skills
Be comfortable in a high paced environment
You have prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
