Position - Digitalize, implement and make the sales process more efficient

Volvo Trucks have created a new organization, Digital lab, which is a new function that is set up to build and support digital competencies for Volvo Trucks. By introducing new cross-functional ways of working, the Digital Lab accelerates business capabilities to become faster to market by being less IT driven and instead become faster, more innovative and customer centric

Within Digital Lab the creation of our new sales tool has started. In order to secure VTI demands into the development we are now looking for a person who can drive the demands from both VTI and our markets into this organisation. Due to different business models in our markets, it is important that we collect requirements from the sales process and secure the development being developed the right way.

We are looking for a Sales Process Solution Manager to secure our demands and drive the successful implementation of the sales process and the supporting tools.

What You'll Do
• Work together with the markets to develop and make the sales process more effective
• Work closley with our markets to collect and compile the requirements from a sales process perspective and ensure that the requirments are met by the development project
• Coordinate and drive our markets participation into the development project
• Arrange on-site workshops in our markets together with the development teams in order to secure our demands
• Be responsible for the implementation of the new sales tool
• Coordinate the roll-out with VTI Business System and the development project
• Inform and drive and work closely with our Hubs/Market Companies
• Be the face of VTI into the development project

Your profile

To thrive in this role, you are a proactive team player who is always open to changes. We also believe that with your strong drive with a proven track record of managing change and priority setting, you maintain your customer and business oriented mind-set. Additionally, you love structure and analysis and always keep a positive attitude. Furthermore, you have:

• Good Trucks business knowledge and understanding of the sales process
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate globally across all levels of the organization and with customer and other stakeholders worldwide
• Experience in documenting processes and workflows
• Experience from TSP (Truck Sales Process) and the supporting tools is of course of great value
• Fluent in written and spoken English
