For our Nordic head office in Stockholm, we are now seeking to recruit a Sales Process & Training Instructor. You will create, organize and deliver training to meet the competency development needs of the organization. You will also train customers to increase their professionalism. You are responsible of creating a positive learning environment and you will evaluate effectiveness of training against specified needs.
Your regular activities will consist of, among others:
• Make diagnosis and set training plans for internal sales staff
• To provide internal and external training services
• Creation, adaptation and delivery of training modules according to standards
• Transmission of acquired knowledge
• Support to Sales Force in commercial actions and sales methods / tools
• Report department performance
We believe that you have experience from a similar function or/and experience from Account Management. You are a customer focus driven person with great communication skills. You are a well-organized team player. You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, French is an advantage. You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The position requires frequent traveling in the Nordic countries.
